Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, depending on the weight of your order and the country to which it will be shipped.


Note: All orders require a signature upon delivery. Country-specific import taxes are not included and will be the customer's responsibility to cover them. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

How do you pack the parts so that they arrive in good condition?

We take the time and care necessary to protect each piece. We use padded, sustainable packaging materials, and everything is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Are the pieces microwave safe?

Yes, all of our pieces are microwave safe. However, to preserve the colors and finishes of the enamels, we recommend hand washing and limiting microwave use.

What happens if my order arrives broken?

Although we do our best to carefully pack the pieces, we know that accidents can happen during shipping. If your piece arrives damaged, you have 24 hours to write to us and report it at hola.ellayyo@gmail.com
It is important that you include clear photos of the damage and the packaging in which it arrived.

After receiving our confirmation by email, we will send you a return shipping label. Once the package is received, we will replace the part with a new one.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Because our pieces are handmade and in limited editions, we do not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind.

Why might my pieces vary slightly in color, size or shape?

Each of our pieces is handmade, which means they are unique and special. These small variations in color, size and shape are not defects, but rather a sign of the artisanal process and the love with which we work on each creation. It is part of the magic of having a piece made by “her and me.”

How should I care for my pieces?

Each of our creations includes a card with specific care instructions. Please follow them to keep your pieces in perfect condition.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes! At “Ella y Yo” we love creating authentic and valuable pieces for individuals, restaurants, bars, cafes, or anyone interested in something special.
